Selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) with a bright red colour have aroused worldwide attention due to their unique properties in selenium supplementation because of low toxicity and favourable bioavailability. A simple method was developed for making nanolayer on the inner surface Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) silicone tube. The were produced by reaction sodium selenite ascorbic acid. Red amorphous been successfully synthesized 500 mg dm-3 Se (sodium selenite) solution 10 g acid at room temperature, morphology confirmed X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). coating density compared PVC surfaces using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) Energy-dispersive (EDS) analysis. about 16 µm thickness significantly evenly distributed surface. coated tube could be good source continuous, low-level farm animals via drinking water.
